They had that massive issue just a few weeks ago where tons of people lost access to their computers, several airports were unable to run, and hospitals were almost entirely shutdown. That is a problem!
I have been keeping an eye on CRWD (CrowdStrike holdings) and considered investing prior to this but now I am not sure if I want to. I would not want to risk taking a massive hit from a mistake.
I am in no real position to give investment advise but I personally would not. Not because I think it is a bad investment, but because I am not a fan of the company and the politics within it. But that is just me. I am sure there is risk, even before they had this problem.
I would personally not have invested prior to this crash. But that is just me! I invest in companies and concepts that align with my views on technology and what I want to see in the market. I will always look for opensource projects and support those first.
Investments should be handled based on knowledge and not advise given on a forum. I would speak to someone that knows the ins and outs of investments and this company in general. I have never invested in CrowdStrike myself and so not plan to do so.
Okay, thanks for the feedback. That makes sense. I guess I just wanted to get a general scope of how people feel about the company, not really investment advice.
